This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the t200 platform. By registering for or using any t200 service, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. Please read carefully before continuing to use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the t200 platform on any device or web browser, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and t200 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The t200 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible to participate in online gaming activities within their jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable age and legal requirements.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of t200 services, you are required to register and create a valid user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t200 account password. It is strongly recommended that you use a strong, unique password and never share your login credentials with anyone. t200 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Users found to have multiple accounts for the purpose of abuse or gaining an unfair advantage will face action, including the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances or bonuses.

You must notify t200 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Please contact our support team via the provided email for prompt assistance.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

T200 users agree not to use this platform for any unlawful, deceptive, or integrity-compromising purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:

Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate games or transactions.
Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to t200's systems or databases.
Distributing harmful, inflammatory, or inappropriate content through any communication channel on the platform.
Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers in a manner that violates the stated terms and conditions.

T200 reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these rules. Any breach may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the t200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). t200 supports a range of local payment methods including FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet for the convenience of Malaysian users.

Each deposit will be credited to your account once successful confirmation is received from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method — deposits via FPX and eWallet are typically completed within minutes. t200 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet providers.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit. t200 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal to ensure account security. All transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which can be reviewed in your account settings.

Any attempt to commit financial fraud, money laundering, or suspicious transaction activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account in question will be closed immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

T200 provides the platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. t200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or game outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content on the t200 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of t200 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from t200.

Third-Party Links

The t200 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. t200 does not control the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties and accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from your use of their services. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms separately.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

T200 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In the case of a legitimate account closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures. However, balances obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these terms will be forfeited in full.

Changes to Terms

T200 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically to ensure they remain up to date with the latest version. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the t200 platform operator. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved through channels designated by t200. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
